A ship that has Full Weaponry will always use all its weapons, that is beam weapons and torpedo launchers or fighter bays, regardless of how damaged the ship's hull is. Without this ability, a ship would only be able to use an amount of its weapons that is proportional to the undamaged part of the ship's hull, that is a percentage of (100 - damage).

By default, all ships owned by the Federation (race 1) have this ability and it is considered a racial ability of the Federation.

In general, full weaponry is a hull ability that may only be available once a certain level of experience is reached by the crew.
